Time Required
Electronic data is delivered to you from within 6 to 36 hours depending on the list and selections. Other formats will take 2 to 4 business days, depending on shipping method.
Shipping
The majority of lists are delivered by E-mail, with USPS, UPS and FedEx service available for other formats. Times will vary based on vendor, and priority class of shipping specified by our clients.
Use
Lists are rented for one-time use only. No list may be used more than one time or by anyone other than the original mailer without the express permission of A. Caldwell List Co., Inc. Additional or unlimited usage is available on most lists. Please inquire.
Accuracy of List Counts
Due to continuous updating, please check with our account representatives for correct counts before ordering printed material. No responsibility will be assumed by A. Caldwell List Co., Inc. for overages or shortages on your material.
Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express and Discover. Payment must accompany orders from new clients. Accounts may be opened with firms having a good credit standing, and with a continuing use of our services. Payment terms are net 30 days to customers.
Guarantee
We select for you lists that come from only those databases that are continually being updated and that we know to be accurate. If you are dissatisfied with the deliverability of your list, please be assured that we will do whatever is necessary to satisfy you. Ask our customers - we've built our reputation on our customers' satisfaction for 30 years.
Sample Mailing Pieces
Requests for certain very specific lists may require submitting a sample of your mailing piece and a copy of your telemarketing script. These must be submitted to the list owner or compiler for prior approval, before your list order can be confirmed and accepted. The sample must be identical to the actual piece you will be mailing. Please allow ample time for this process (about 1 - 2 days on most lists). Generally, for most list orders, this process is not necessary.
General Exclusion of Liability
Other than as set forth above, we make no other warranties, express of implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. In no event shall we be liable for lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the list.
